There are two ways to access our online services:
You can use Patient Access with a Web Browser on a PC/Mac/Tablet or laptop device to book appointment or request repeat medication.
The NHS App works on Android or Apple phones. Install from the relevent App store for free. Most people are able to create an NHS account and log into the App without needing to contact the surgery. If you do need to get login information from us - often referred to as linkages keys or codes - then please come in person with a suitable form of personal identification such as a passport or driving license.
Whether you use the NHS App or Patient Access the services are essentially the same, although with the NHS App you can also access Covid-19 information such as the Covid Pass used for travel.
